Thank you for Joining the Database of Serious Golfers

Here’s what you can expect

  • By filling in and submitted the profile information you have opted into Golf Datatech’s Panel of Serious golfers and give Golf Datatech permission to email you links to web based research projects.
  • You will be contacted via email by when a survey is available.
  • Please remember to add this email address to your address book and/or list of acceptable addresses to receive emails from.
  • These email invitations will contain a short description of the research project and a link to access the survey.
  • The first page of the survey contains the introduction to the survey along with the list of rewards you may be eligible to win.
  • Rewards are offered through a random draw of all survey participants with winner notifications approximately two week after completion of a study. The number of prizes and odds of winning are based solely on the number of respondents. Brand names are often omitted to prevent response bias.
  • Winners will be notified via email and asked to provide an address where they would like us to ship their prize.
  • Since Golf Datatech does not share, sell or trade your personal information with third parties, unless prior permission is granted by the random drawing winner, all prizes are mailed directly from Golf Datatech’s main office located in Kissimmee, FL.
  • Winners have 30 days from first winner notification to claim their prize.
  • Winners from each survey’s random draw are posted on our web site on the “Winners Page“.
  • We typically offer up to two surveys each month. Not all Serious Golfer panelists are invited to every survey. Participation for all surveys is voluntary, with no penalty if you choose not to participate.
  • Each survey is taken at your own convenience. We just ask that you try to complete them as soon as possible, as most surveys are only available for a limited time.
  • Your response is only received after you click Submit.
  • From time to time, results from non-proprietary research projects may be shared with the panelist in a form of a newsletter, or posted on our website.
